Attention to the task and staying in touch

From the very beginning a project inquiry is handled by a dedicated person from our team. Initial consulting, up to the moment of conclusion of the contract, is free of charge. We usually expect to receive exclusivity for the service for a specified period of time.

Analyzing Needs and Defining the Project

During face-to-face discussions, we analyze the company's initial situation and jointly define a specific project. Most of our consultants have worked in managerial positions, so they understand the strategic and operational challenges decision-makers face.

Selecting Candidates and Coordinating the Final Decision Process

Our consultants are proven experts in filling demanding interim management positions. From a database of interim and project managers personally known to us, as well as other specialists, we quickly select candidates or a team of experts dedicated to the project. We place great importance on shared project experience and credible references. This process usually takes about 72 hours and is characterized by complete discretion.

Project Implementation and Support

After selecting the candidate(s), we accompany our client during the project implementation. We support and assist the client throughout its duration, using our system to monitor the project both administratively and substantively.

Sustainable Results

Ongoing project monitoring ensures targeted implementation and task completion in line with the agreed result. Our primary goal is to get the organization back on its feet as quickly as possible, and transfer established know-how to the company, ensuring it achieves sustainable results from the project implementation.

Contracts and Invoicing

Our contracts are structured according to the project's requirements, in a transparent and understandable manner. Invoicing is done monthly, based on the client-approved service time. Continuous support ensures that interim management can be implemented in a way that is as friendly as possible to the client's permanent management and staff.

Inwenta Interim Partners does not charge any fees until a contract is concluded and the project is launched. Until then, the consulting service is free of charge and includes:

  • consulting on whether interim management is the right solution, and if so, how to proceed
  • support in defining the project and refining the profile
  • presenting appropriate profiles, usually within 72 hours, with specific recommendations from the supervising partner
  • organizing interviews with candidates
  • final recommendation
  • preparing contracts.

We insist that our interim managers provide the service in accordance with the interim management methodology..
